Altinkum Rentals has been set up in direct response to the growing number of investors in property in and around the Altinkum area - this includes Akbuk, Yesilkent, Mavishehir and others.

Altinkumrentals.com is a commission free service. There is a one off annual charge to have your property listed on the site. All enquiries come direct to you, the owner, and you take the booking yourself.

Other services we provide for the property owner are charged on a menu basis. For example, you may want to include airport transfers in your rental prices. We have set fees for this which you can work into your pricing strategy. The same goes for the cleaning and laundry.
